MOOROOKA
We design many different styles of gardens, and this was one of the first we designed with a natural bush style setting in mind. The back garden was only turf when we arrived and so we had a blank canvas and a client with clear brief. In conjunction with the client who is a florist, we designed a very natural, relaxed back yard with a firepit sitting area, stone paths and spaces that the whole family could engage with. Very child friendly there is also a large area for chickens. The soft planting features many native and locally endemic species and also a tropical side garden for the client to use in her floristry business. Definitely a dream project with fantastic clients. This garden was featured on the ABC TV’s Gardening Australia program in 2021.
